Moving into a new home is an exciting moment in your life. We want to be a resource throughout your move. We've created the checklists on this page to answer questions we commonly hear from tenants. Move-in Checklist

First Month's Rent & Deposit

Your first month's rent check, security deposit, and any other fees all must be taken care of at the lease signing.

Move-in Date & Inspection

Your official move-in date and all information about your first inspection will be provided at the lease signing.


Please put the utility accounts for your home in your name immediately after signing the lease. Do this quickly to make sure you don't lose access to your utilities.

Move-out Checklist

Notice of Intent to Vacate

Planning to move out of your home? Please provide written notice of your plans at least 30 days in advance.

Security Deposit

All tenants must pay a security deposit when they sign a lease with us. This deposit protects against any damage that might occur during your stay.

After you move out of the home, we will perform a final inspection and check for any damage. If we identify any, we will schedule repairs and use the deposit to cover these costs.

The remainder will be returned to you.

Property Condition

Your home needs to be brought back to its original rental condition before you move out. Please download the checklist to make sure you don't miss anything.
