Property Management Administrative Assistant

 

Energetic and enthusiastic team member wanted for a busy property management and real estate office. Prospective team member should be a problem solver with research ability and be able to to deal with a diverse client base. You will provide administrative to the property manager by handling incoming phone calls, communicating with tenants and vendors, assisting in the preparation of sales & leasing applications, receive payments and prepare violation letters.

This is a non-smoking/drug-free workplace- background check and drug screen will be required.

 

 

Responsibilities and Duties

Prepare lease and related move-in documents
Resolve property violations
Process invoices and payments in the property management system of record
Facilitate the move-in/move-out process
Answer telephones, emails, and web inquiries quickly, concisely, accurately, and in a professional and assertive manner
Document service requests from residents and forward requests to Service Manager in a timely manner
Accept and apply resident payments
Bank Deposits
Property Inspections as needed
Provide superior quality customer service
Other related essential tasks as determined

Skills and Abilities

Ability to work well independently, un-supervised, and balancing competing priorities
Possess strong verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Work collaboratively with team members
Strong administrative skills to include proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Drivers License is required

Licensed Property Manager

 

This position requires an active Florida Real Estate License to be considered.
All of our agents are 1099 contractors.

 

Enthusiastic and experienced property manager/agent wanted for a busy property management office. We are looking someone who is a problem solver and is able to to deal with a diverse client base. You will be working directly under the Broker and managing your own portfolio of single family/multifamily rentals.

Bring on new owner clients and rental properties
Market properties for lease
Screen tenants and process applications
Prepare lease and related move-in documents

Answer telephones, emails, and web inquiries quickly, concisely, accurately, and in a professional and assertive manner
